1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the hf77 platform, including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the hf77 platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. hf77 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on hf77, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the hf77 platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the hf77 platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or exploited technical error are void and subject to forfeiture.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the hf77 platform — including but not limited to the hf77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, typography, game interfaces, text content, software, data structures, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hf77 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hf77 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Site.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hf77 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hf77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated earnings resulting from a technical fault, server downtime, or connectivity interruption beyond hf77's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Decisions made by you in relation to betting or gaming activity, including losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or statistics resulting from data feed errors from third-party providers, subject to hf77's right to void affected bets in accordance with its sportsbook rules.

In all cases, hf77's aggregate liability to any single player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

hf77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hf77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and both parties agree to first attempt resolution through hf77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] before escalating to formal legal proceedings.
